- Compensation: $22.00-$32.00 per hour plus commission for total compensation up to $250,000 per year!
Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
- Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
- Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
- Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations and perform required repairs
- Submit proper documentation of the work performed
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumbing License (Preferred but not required)
- At least 2 years of experience in plumbing ranging from drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct drain and plumbing issues
- Knowledge of video inspection, line locating, and hydro-jetting
- Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Valid drivers’ license and insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions
